What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When registering for our larp, we ask you to provide some basic personal information such as name, age, gender and e-mail address. In order to be able to produce the larp in a safe manner, we will in addition to the basic information also ask for some sensitive personal data, such as health information and contact details for next of kin.

This data is stored securely, and we are in control over who can access the information. Only organizers have access to this data. You may at any time request the following: 
a) see what data we store about you
b) correct information that may be incorrect
c) have your data deleted, but we have to point out that this means we unfortunately can’t offer you a spot on our larp, for your own safety

We will not share your data with other organizations or companies. We will ask for permission before we use your data in a any way other than what is intended, and you will be completely free to restrict use or refuse certain forms of use. How long we retain your data

We will retain the full data we have collected until after the event is over, at which point the sensitive data will be deleted. We will retain your basic contact information to be able to contact you regarding follow-up and post-event information. Upon your request, we will also delete your contact details from our registers.

What rights you have over your data

Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about the processing of personal data in a business pursuant to the Personal Data Act § 18, 1st paragraph. We have provided this information in this statement, and will refer to it in any inquiries. Those who have signed up for the larp have the right to request what data has been stored for them. The person in question also has the right to request that incorrect or incomplete information be corrected, deleted or supplemented. Claims from the registered person must be answered free of charge and no later than within 30 days.

How we protect your data

The information is stored on a secure G Suite server and through a data processor agreements between Rekkevidde and Google.
